Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group in Indianapolis is seeking a ShopGoodwill Product Specialist to support store operations and drive online sales by identifying high-value donations and forwarding items to our eCommerce facility. This role will also function in various capacities within the store location when needed.

You will assist management, organize products for posting, maintain a clean work area, and help achieve online sales goals while performing various store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• No degree required; capability and prior experience matter.
• Customer service orientation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt and contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Search incoming donations for high-value merchandise.
• Process and organize products for eCommerce and in-store showcases.
• Complete all required training to support online sales goals.
• Maximize online posting percentage while maintaining high average ticket.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; support store operations.
