Responsibilities include reviewing donations for value, preparing items for posting, completing required training, and helping achieve budget targets while delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; capable and reflective learners encouraged.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Able to work in a retail/eCommerce environment and learn quickly.
• Proven communication and teamwork skills; detail-minded.
• Familiarity with G Suite, MS Office, and online research is helpful.
• Ethical conduct and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Search incoming donations for high-value merchandise.
• Process and organize products for eCommerce and in-store showcases.
