Job summary

Clorox is seeking to join the eCommerce Commercial team to own analytics and KPIs that drive decision making at the speed of digital retail. This role will enable the BU to act on signals and partner across IT, Data Science, and Insights to ensure clean, integrated data and reliable dashboards.

The position is hybrid, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a BS/BA degree. The team emphasizes data‑driven decision making and performance tracking in a fast‑paced eCommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 3-5 years of CPG or digital/performance marketing experience.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Delivers analytics/KPIs to support decision‑making at the speed of eCommerce.
• Monitors daily sales, traffic, conversion, cost per qualified session, share, and media efficiency.
• Flags risks and opportunities and communicates insights clearly.
• Builds test‑and‑learn measurement frameworks and translates results into recommendations.
• Partners with IT, Data Science, and Insights to ensure clean, integrated data and dashboards.
