Raley's is seeking an eCommerce Online Order Selector to pick and prepare online customer orders with accuracy and care in Tempe, AZ. You will select items per store standards and substitute when needed, ensuring timely pickup or delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age; 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience with accurate picking, packing, and order preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately selecting, packing, and staging high-quality groceries and products for customers while ensuring freshness, proper handling, and adherence to substitution standards.
• Maintaining and exceeding minimum productivity, accuracy, replacement, and order completion standards.
• Maintaining knowledge of store products, departments, and offerings to efficiently complete orders.
• Following all health department, food safety, sanitation, and weights and measures guidelines.
• Assisting with staging, organizing, and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
• Adhering to all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• All other related duties as assigned
