Job summary

American Greetings in Westlake, OH is seeking an on-site Merchandising Content Specialist to drive PDP content strategy and asset creation. You will write SEO-friendly product descriptions, optimize titles and bullets, and coordinate assets with Marketing and Product teams.

Role requires 2+ years in eCommerce or digital merchandising, experience with Amazon/Seller Central, and proficiency with PIM systems (Salsify). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Management is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising or related field.
• Experience with Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Experience with Amazon.com, Walmart.com and/or Target.com or related eCommerce retailer.
• Experience in operating PIM systems (Salsify).

Responsibilities

• Product Detail Page asset and content creation strategy and SEO-infused copy.
• Write and optimize product descriptions, titles, and bullet features.
• Develop and implement content strategy to optimize conversion and consumer experience.
• Own and execute item setup process with seasonal launches.
• Coordinate development of assets including photography and video requests.
• Conduct PDP audits and coordinate retailer item detail information accuracy.
• Support Sales/Ops with retailer requests and portal accuracy.
