Job summary

Retrofête and Seroya are seeking an eCommerce Assistant to manage product information, pricing, and site content across both brand sites. You will support QA, product setup, and merchandising while assisting with reporting and day-to-day operational tasks.

This internship role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and solid written communication. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, and you will collaborate with merchandising and the eCommerce team to ensure accurate, timely updates.

Qualifications

• Internship – 2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, fashion, retail, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communications skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data, and recurring reporting.
• Familiarity with Shopify or another eCommerce platform is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Interest in fashion and the evolving digital commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

• Site Management & Quality Assurance: Conduct QA across Retrofête and Seroya websites to ensure product information, pricing, imagery, links, collections, and site functionality are accurate.
• Identify and upscale site issues, product discrepancies, or other customer-facing errors and support timely resolution.
• Place a monthly test order to validate checkout functionality and identify potential issues.
• Monitor authorized payments and flag issues needing follow-up.
• Support general day-to-day site maintenance and updates.
