This entry-level role emphasizes both analytical and creative work in brand building, collaborating across ecommerce, marketing, and creative teams to execute campaigns and ensure brand standards across channels.

Formación

  • 1-2 years of relevant internship or work experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, fashion, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in fashion, storytelling, ecommerce, and digital culture.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Instagram, and influencer tools is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist with product launches, collection updates, and merchandising on the website.
  • Help maintain product pages, including copy updates, imagery, tagging, and product organization.
  • Support site audits to ensure products, collections, navigation, and content are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with promotional setup, homepage updates, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor site experience and flag issues related to product pages, checkout, inventory display, or customer flow.
  • Own day-to-day product uploads in Shopify, including entering product details, variant setup, pricing, metadata, and imagery across all relevant collections.
  • Ensure all product pages meet brand standards for copy, imagery, and formatting prior to go-live; assist with copy editing and proofing of product descriptions, collection blurbs, and site-facing text.
  • Maintain and organize the Shopify backend — including product tagging, collection assignment, inventory status updates, and seasonal archiving.
  • Support the build-out and QA of new collections and landing pages, ensuring accurate linking, imagery sequencing, and content accuracy across desktop and mobile.
  • Execute routine site copy edits and updates as directed, including navigation labels, banners, PDPs, and any copy changes tied to campaign or editorial moments.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including asset coordination, list segmentation, scheduling, and deployment via the email platform (Klaviyo or similar).

  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and meet platform specs across email, paid, and organic channels.
  • Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs, post-mortems, and performance recaps, pulling data from relevant platforms and formatting for internal review.
  • Help manage and maintain the brand's social media presence by scheduling content, drafting captions, and supporting community engagement as directed.
  • Track and organize campaign assets, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and accessible to cross-functional team members.
