Torch Beverages is hiring an E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our direct-to-consumer business.
This person will be responsible for the performance of TorchDrinks.com across promotional strategy, merchandising, CRO, website management, product launches, analytics, and ongoing site improvements.
The goal is simple: put Torch on a path to $1 million in monthly e-commerce revenue.
We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable moving quickly without a lot of red tape.
What You’ll Own
- Build and manage the monthly e-commerce promotional calendar, including discounts, bundles, merchandise, giveaways, gifts with purchase, launches, and seasonal offers.
- Own conversion rate optimization across TorchDrinks.com, with a focus on conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor, and checkout completion.
- Manage day-to-day updates within WordPress and WooCommerce, including products, pricing, promotions, landing pages, merchandising, navigation, and site content.
- Continuously evaluate site structure, navigation, PDPs, landing pages, cart, and checkout to create a faster, more intuitive path to purchase.
- Develop bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and merchandising strategies designed to increase revenue and AOV.
- Own the e-commerce execution of new product launches and major campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior, SKU performance, promotional performance, and site data to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with paid media, CRM, creative, social, and brand teams to ensure campaigns have strong offers, landing pages, and onsite execution.
- Own the website improvement roadmap and work directly with developers to scope, prioritize, QA, and launch new functionality, integrations, and site improvements.
- Identify new tools, plug-ins, automations, and platforms that can improve conversion, efficiency, analytics, and customer experience.
- Maintain a consistent testing roadmap and move quickly on ideas that can improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC growth, CRO, digital merchandising, or a related role.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce site architecture, UX, CRO, and development workflows.
- Comfortable working directly with developers, writing clear requirements, QAing builds, and understanding what is technically possible.
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other development experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with limited bureaucracy and minimal hand-holding.
Key Deliverable
Own a monthly Torch E-Commerce Report covering revenue, conversion, AOV, customer and SKU performance, promotions, traffic, funnel performance, key learnings, and priorities for the following month.
The expectation is not simply to report what happened, but to explain why it happened and what we should do next.
Compensation & Benefits
Torch offers a competitive base salary along with:
- Paid Vacation: 10 days / 80 hours annually
- Paid Sick Leave: 5 days / 40 hours annually
- Paid Holidays: 6 days / 48 hours annually
- 401(k): Company match up to 4%
- Medical, Dental & Vision: Torch covers 50% of employee benefits after 60 days
- If you know how to turn a website into a growth engine — and you’re equally comfortable looking at a conversion funnel, restructuring a PDP, building a promo, or briefing a developer — we’d love to hear from you.
