Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce or logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic systems.
• Food Handler Certificate active or willing to obtain with company support.
• Ability to work nights and weekends during peak season.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible, multitasker with effective communication.
• Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use ERP/OMS for order tracking and inventory management.
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and discrepancy tracking.
• Support reconciliation of customer tickets and order issues.
• Document processes and report operational inconsistencies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces.
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Adhere to company values and operational standards.
