Southern New England, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support online sales of donated items. You will process, photograph, and list items for sale, weigh and ship orders, and assist customers under the Ecommerce Manager.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to work weekends or evenings, and attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is needed; prior ecommerce or photography experience is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required
• Students under 18 may be hired for part-time positions
• Knowledge of Ecommerce processes preferred (listing items on marketplaces)
• Familiarity with digital photography preferred

Mansioni

• Process incoming product: sort, evaluate, research, and determine sellability
• List goods online with clear descriptions and accurate pricing
• Photograph items and ensure proper labeling and storage
• Provide timely, polite customer service to Ecommerce customers
• Produce pick-lists, pack and label orders for shipping
• Maintain organized workspace and report needs to Ecommerce Manager
