Job summary

Thinkgood is seeking an E-Commerce Associate to support daily operations, ensure listing accuracy, and help achieve sales goals under the E-Commerce Manager.

You will identify saleable items, photograph and list them, manage inventory, assist with shipping, and respond to customer inquiries. The role requires 1 year of experience, camera operation, and proficiency with Windows/Office and photo editing tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Must be able to operate a digital camera.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, Internet and Outlook.
• Experience with photo editing software, notably Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Identify saleable items for E-Commerce Platforms.
• Research items and gather information as needed.
• Photographs items, edits, crops, and uploads images to platforms.
• Post items for auction with accurate descriptions and minimum bid.
• Authenticate merchandise as needed and maintain inventory.
• Assist with pulling items for relisting and prepara­tion for photographing.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and item movement.
• Answer customer inquiries via e-mail or phone (shipping, refunds, damages).
• Coordinate shipping activities with E-Commerce Management.
