Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a detail-oriented On-line Commerce Assistant to support our online sales operations at the DGR Ops Center in San Antonio, TX. You will sort and test merchandise, research products, and list items across multiple on-line platforms while handling receiving and shipping duties.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, at least 3 years in a service environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in a service-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to handle fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sort items using manual and electronic methods.
• Sort, identify, process, prepare, organize, and test items to be posted online.
• Utilize tools to aid in item descriptions such as gram/weight scales, measuring tape.
• Clean and repair scratched media as needed.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Consistently meet or exceed listing goals.
• Process returns and refunds.
