Job summary

Unity Village is looking for an experienced Specialist in eCommerce & Digital Marketing to own our Shopify store and Klaviyo email program. You will optimize product listings, write compelling copy, build targeted email flows, and use data to grow online sales.

Collaborate with Web, Design, and Communications teams to reflect Unity's mission in every customer touchpoint. You will manage campaigns, segments, and performance metrics across ecommerce and email, and work with cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in eCommerce/digital marketing.
Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store, including product setup and collections.
Experience with email marketing or eCommerce CRM platforms and building flows and campaigns.
Strong copywriting for product descriptions and promotional emails.
Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Set up and optimize Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, imagery, tags).
Build, deploy, and manage Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows.
Write on-brand product descriptions and promotional email copy.
Collaborate with Design to develop visuals for ecommerce and email.
Track ecommerce KPIs and report insights to leadership.
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send timing.
