Job summary

Unity Village is seeking a hands-on Specialist, eCommerce & Digital Marketing to optimize product pages and craft promotional emails driven by data. You will collaborate with Web, Design, and Communications teams to reflect the mission in Unity's eCommerce experience.

You will manage Shopify stores, build Klaviyo flows, write compelling copy, and analyze performance to improve revenue and engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store with product setup and collections.
• Experience building flows, segments, and campaigns in an email marketing platform.
• Strong copywriting skills with a clear, engaging voice.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify store product listings, pricing, imagery, tags and collections.
• Build and deploy email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
• Develop audience segments and write on-brand email copy for campaigns.
• Collaborate with Design for visuals and ensure conversion-optimized copy.
• Track KPIs for eCommerce and email performance and provide actionable insights.
