Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years in e-commerce, digital shelf management, or CPG-related roles.
• Hands-on with digital retail account platforms (Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Luminate/Item360, Target Partner Online).
• Familiarity with PIM/DAM systems and content syndication platforms (Syndigo/1WorldSync, Salsify).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Conduct ongoing business analysis including weekly sales reporting and promotional performance.
• Develop and execute promotional tactics in partnership with eComm Team, evaluating ROI.
• Provide recommendations on product mix, pricing, and promotional tactics based on performance.
• Participate in customer meetings with data-driven insights and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Assist in forecasting and sales demand, ensuring alignment with business planning cycles.
• Monitor and track trade spend allocations and promotional budgets to ensure efficiency.
