Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist for 2nd shift. The role focuses on safe, accurate fulfillment of online orders, using RF devices to pick and pack, with inbound/outbound processing and returns handling.

Qualifications

• Experience with light data entry and RF scanning
• Ability to pick and pack orders accurately in a highly automated environment
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound order fulfillment processes

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate order fulfillment and packing for shipments
• Use RF handheld device or pick sheets to collect correct items
• Inspect returns and process credits when needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Support inbound receipt, put-away, and loading of orders
• Adhere to health and safety and quality standards
