Fortune Brands Innovations seeks a Lead Financial Analyst for its Ecom and National Marketing teams. You will own full financial modeling for sales, GTN, COGS, SG&A, and partner with sales and marketing to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to communicate analyses clearly and drive initiatives.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer gross to net programs and oversee gross-to-net calculations within GAAP.
• Provide financial support and thought leadership to sales and marketing leaders while collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth.
• Become a subject matter expert of the category and understand the competitive landscape and market.
• Own and drive monthly P&L close and forecast for Ecom and National Marketing.
• Manage monthly and quarterly sales reporting and support presentations and ad-hoc analyses.
