Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst for its Ecom business to partner with sales and marketing leaders, manage P&L, GTN, and COGS, and provide data-driven insights for profitable growth. This hybrid role is based in Deerfield, IL, with flexibility for remote work on select days.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in finance, strong communication, P&L management, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills to influence cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Experience building and presenting detailed analyses leading to actionable initiatives.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and cost optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer gross-to-net programs and oversee calculations within GAAP.
• Provide financial support and thought leadership to sales and marketing while driving profitable growth.
• Own and drive monthly P&L close and forecast for Ecom and National Marketing.
• Manage monthly and quarterly sales reporting and support ad-hoc analyses for channels.
• Partner with sales, RGM and channel teams to evaluate new business proposals.
