Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst - Ecom to partner with sales and marketing leaders, owning full financial modeling for sales, GTN, COGS, and SG&A for the ecom business and National Marketing.

You will drive high-quality decision support, collaborate across teams, and influence growth with data-driven insights, improving forecasting, planning, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience using data in decision-making and identifying trends.
• Ability to influence others in a cross-functional environment.
• Strategic and financial planning background.
• Preparing analysis for senior-level presentations.
• Track record of process leadership and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel modeling and data management as well as PowerPoint.
• Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer gross to net programs, oversee gross to net calculation and GAAP accuracy; partner with sales and RGM to optimize spending.
• Provide financial support and thought leadership to sales and marketing while cross-functionally driving growth.
• Become a subject matter expert of the category and competitive landscape.
• Own and drive monthly P&L close and forecast process for Ecom and National Marketing.
• Manage monthly and quarterly sales reporting; assist with monthly presentations and ad-hoc analysis.
• Be a strategic business partner to the Moen Ecom sales team and national marketing by providing financial guidance and insights.
• Partner with sales, RGM, and channel teams to evaluate new business proposals and opportunities.
• Work with sales and demand planning to improve forecasting.
• Own and drive AOP and strategic planning for the Ecom Channel & National Marketing.
• Additional projects as assigned by the Sr Dir, Finance.
