Job summary

Meerabella is seeking an proactive E-commerce Executive to run our online marketplace operations. You will manage seller accounts across platforms, optimize product listings, monitor catalog quality, and coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze performance and drive sales growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and optimize listings.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specs.
• Monitor catalogue quality and resolve listing issues promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, finance, and support teams.
• Track daily sales, KPIs, and Buy Box performance; generate reports.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace optimization, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage seller accounts across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, Ajio, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and specifications.
• Ensure catalogue quality and resolve listing issues promptly.
• Inventory & Order Management
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse team.
• Process and track customer orders to ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipment delays and delivery issues.
• Minimize order cancellations and stock-outs.
• Track daily sales performance and marketplace KPIs.
• Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Monitor Buy Box performance, pricing competitiveness, and product rankings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Customer Experience
• Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews.
• Resolve customer complaints and marketplace escalations.
• Maintain high seller performance metrics.

Operations

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and customer support teams.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of major e-commerce marketplaces.
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory management systems, or OMS.
• Knowledge of product SEO and catalogue optimization.
• Experience with Canva or basic image editing is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations is preferred.
