Job summary

Johnson Fitness & Wellness is seeking an Ecommerce Data & Analytics Engineer to build scalable data pipelines and centralized reporting across ecommerce, website analytics, CRM, marketing, and retail systems. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights for growth and improved customer experiences.

The role collaborates with ecommerce, digital product, marketing, CRM, and leadership teams to enhance data visibility, support experimentation, and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, or related role.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong SQL to transform and analyze complex datasets.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience with multiple data sources and BI/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines connecting ecommerce, analytics, CRM, marketing, POS, ERP, and more.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to automate data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Create reliable data models, schemas and reporting standards for accuracy.
• Integrate APIs and third-party data into centralized data and reporting environments.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for ecommerce, lifecycle, and product performance.
• Analyze customer journey data to drive UX improvements and business insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and enable data-driven decisions.
