Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an Ecommerce Data & Analytics Engineer to design and maintain data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics for our omnichannel business. You will integrate data across ecommerce, CRM, marketing, POS, ERP, and more to deliver a centralized view of performance and customer journey.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience building scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions, translating complex datasets into actionable insights, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, or related data-focused role
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Strong SQL experience with the ability to transform, organize, and analyze complex datasets
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data transformation and analysis
• Experience integrating APIs, third-party platforms, and multiple data sources
• Experience with BI and reporting platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase, or similar tools
• Experience developing data models, schemas, and reporting structures that provide consistent and reliable business reporting
• Understanding of ecommerce analytics, customer journey measurement, conversion funnels, attribution, and lifecycle marketing

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that connect ecommerce, website analytics, CRM, marketing, POS, ERP, advertising, attribution, and operational systems
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes to automate data ingestion, transformation, normalization, and reporting
• Establish reliable data models, schemas, and reporting standards to improve data consistency and accuracy
• Integrate APIs and third-party data sources into centralized data and reporting environments
• Monitor data pipelines and reporting processes to identify and resolve data quality, reliability, and performance issues
• Maintain documentation for data sources, definitions, integrations, and reporting structures
