Hoffmaster is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator to support the eCommerce team. The ideal candidate is a Photoshop expert with advanced templates, smart objects, and production workflows, delivering on-brand assets at scale.

You will collaborate with team members on concepts and manage look, feel, and craft of campaigns while ensuring content meets brand guidelines and retailer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a graphic design field.
• Expertise in Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Services Senior Designer and Manager on projects.
• Create and maintain product imagery for eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Leverage advanced Photoshop techniques, including smart objects, actions, templates, and AI tools, to produce high volumes of assets.
• Execute image updates, color changes, and content revisions while maintaining consistency across large product assortments.
• Follow brand style guides to ensure a cohesive online presence.
• Work with product, marketing, account managers, designers, copywriters, and content creators to publish high-quality content on time.
• Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure digital content is optimized for SEO and AI while meeting retailer requirements and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure imagery supports business objectives.
