Job summary

Bealls, Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator (Flex) to help prep products for online sale in our Bradenton, FL photo studio. You’ll work with photographers and merchants to ensure descriptions and listings are accurate and timely.

This part-time role (up to 32 hours/week) requires strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams. Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

Ecommerce Coordinator (Flex)

Contribute to fast‑paced, fast‑growing websites within the trusted Bealls family of brands. Work in a collaborative setting with other coordinators, photographers, and merchants as you prepare products to sell online.

Job Functions

• Work up to 32 hours per week, on an as needed basis
• Manage the flow of products through the production studio to sell online
• Write product descriptions for 15 unique styles each hour
• Answer and resolve any merchandise issues from merchant and Ecommerce teams
• Assist in online merchandising of businesses as needed
• Manage product information edits and website maintenance
• Partnership, support, and integration: manage flow of product in and out of the photo studio, working closely with photographers and central fulfillment center staff
• Organize products to ensure maximum efficiency to list products on the website daily
• Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships with peers, managers, and staff

Experience / Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Retail experience preferred
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail with a customer‑first approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Natural leadership abilities and team‑building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new programs and platforms
• Ability to work constructively in a team environment where brainstorming and collaboration are standard
• Ability to work varying hours and schedules that may include days, mid‑shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
• Must enjoy working in a fast‑paced, multi‑process environment
