Job summary

PISTOLA Denim in Los Angeles seeks a motivated ecommerce professional to support product and site merchandising, launch and manage online product listings, and optimize storefronts across both brands.

You will assist with daily site updates, QA tests, and AB testing while aligning with digital marketing efforts. Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel/Sheets, and CMS is required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with ecommerce and CRM platforms (Shopify and Klaviyo).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, basic data manipulation), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Highly organized, keen attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
• Strong visual eye with an understanding of cohesive brand story-telling.
• Fashion industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Product & Site Merchandising: Support Site Merchandiser in building, launching, and managing online product listings (SKUs, copy, photography, attributes, tags, and pricing) across both brands.
• Storefront Management: Assist with daily site updates and audits to optimize and maintain visual merchandising and sorting strategies.
• QA and AB Tests: Conduct regular site experience audits and help to execute and report on AB tests for conversion rate optimization.
• Digital Marketing Alignment: Support trafficking and proofing of ads with our digital agency, ensuring assets preview correctly.
• Budget Tracking: Support department by tracking monthly expenses.
• Email + SMS: Support CRM Manager in building and testing emails and SMS campaigns within Klaviyo.

What You’ll Do:

• Product & Site Merchandising: Support Site Merchandiser in building, launching, and managing online product listings (SKUs, copy, photography, attributes, tags, and pricing) across both brands. Ensure proper categorization, navigation placement, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
• Storefront Management: Assist with daily site updates and audits to optimize and maintain visual merchandising and sorting strategies (newness, best sellers, inventory levels), link integrity, search functionality, and back in stock dates.
• QA and AB Tests: Conduct regular site experience audits across sites and devices. Help to execute and report on AB tests for conversion rate optimization.
• Digital Marketing Alignment: Support the trafficking and proofing of ads with our digital agency, ensuring all assets are previewing as intended
• Budget Tracking: Support department by tracking monthly expenses
• Email + SMS: Support CRM Manager in building and testing emails and SMS campaigns within Klaviyo. Support detailed email and SMS reporting. Merchandise site landing pages to align with our Email and SMS campaigns

Who You Are:
