Job summary

Acro Service Corp in Framingham is seeking a Product Content Specialist to ensure strong online product content across our websites, working closely with Category Managers and key Suppliers to support launches and promotions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support product content for all SKUs and improve existing products in the assigned category.
• Publish on-time and best-in-class website product content to align with launches, catalogs, flyers and promos.
• Maintain product hierarchies, attributes, cross-sell opportunities, keywords and more.
• Partner with Content Providers, Merchandising, Assortment Management, Marketing, and Product Vendors to gain product knowledge and improve site content.
• Work with Marketing, Merchandising, and Vendors to support online programs.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert in your category for content.
• Deliver periodic and ad hoc reports for your category.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Act as a point person for other teams regarding content issues.

This position is onsite at our Framingham Office. (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday Remote)

About the Role

As a member of the Product Content team, you will be part of the Merchandising organization, and will contribute directly to driving profitable sales. As a Product Content Specialist, you will ensure our customers have a positive online experience by working to continually add to and improve our online product content on any of our websites. To ensure best-in-class online product presentation, you will also work closely & directly with the Category Managers and the Key Suppliers who support these categories.

Responsibilities

• Support product content for all skus - this includes daily population of product and continual improvement of existing products within your assigned category
• Support and publish on-time and best in class website product content to coincide with product launches, catalogs, flyers and online product promotions
• Maintain product hierarchies, product attributes, cross-sell opportunities, keywords and more
• Partner with Content Providers, Merchandising, Assortment Management, Marketing, and Product Vendors to gain product knowledge and improve site content
• Work with Marketing, Merchandising, and Vendors to support online programs
