Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking an eCommerce Clerk I to support our online books and collectibles program. You will represent the Idaho Youth Ranch online and in our stores, helping to grow sales that fund our youth services.

You will scan items, catalog and stock inventory, and post books online for sale while delivering friendly, helpful customer service. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, profits fund our programs that nurture hope, healing, and resilience for Idaho's youth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills, ability to WOW customers

Our eCommerce Clerk I employees:

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Scans items into the computer to see if it meets IYR Ecommerce acceptance criteria
• Catalogs and stocks items that have been entered into the system onto inventory shelving
• Posts books online for sale
