Job description

The eCatMan Lead will be responsible for developing eCategory management at KHC. This role will develop capabilities, playbooks, and tools that enable advisors to leverage data and insights to deliver eCommerce category strategy with customers, supporting both category and KHC financial growth goals. The role will act as the trusted Digital expert, influencing digital shelf fundamentals, search, and online merchandising to drive holistic category strategy across digital touchpoints.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  1. Holistically own and define eCategory management for KHC: develop insights, strategy, roadmaps, and approaches to unlock category value and holistic captaincy across top retailers.
  2. Integrate into shopper insights roadmap; build findings and cross-retailer data to inform best practices and growth opportunities.
  3. Identify omni-channel integration opportunities; be the digital advocate for the category strategy team, defining the future of retail while delivering current solutions.
  4. Create insights and capabilities around eshelving/taxonomy, attributes, tentpole merchandising, visual navigation, substitutions, variation strategies, paid/organic search standards, and macro site planning.
  5. Develop playbooks, lead training, and manage change to embed capabilities and tools across field and senior eCatman managers.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Highly analytical with ability to leverage retailer data, internal/syndicated data, digital search, site analytics, and shopper insights (e.g., Scintilla, Digital Landscapes, Madrid, Circana IRI eMarket Insights, Numerator).
  2. Strong storytelling skills, with proficiency in visual tools such as PowerPoint and Mekko, and a customer-focused presentation style.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with intellectual curiosity and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  4. Ability to thrive in ambiguity; proactive and self-starting mindset to define the future of digital category management.
  5. Strong leadership and influence skills; capable of driving change management.
  6. Management experience in leading a team of customer eCatman resources.

Salary Range: $137,400 - $171,700

Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility as per plan terms.

Compensation varies based on geographic region, experience, and skills.
