Job summary

L&R Distributors, Inc. in the United States, New Jersey, is seeking an eCommerce Associate to handle end-to-end order processing through our fulfillment system and ensure timely shipping.

You will pick items, assign to orders, print labels, and manage packing for USPS and international carriers under the Ecom Supervisor/Lead's supervision. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One-year experience in the Order Processing or Packing Department.

Responsibilities

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Pick the product from packing stations to eCommerce stations.
• Assign the product to orders through the eCommerce fulfillment system.
• Manage exceptions and report them promptly to lead.
• Print shipping and invoice labels.
• Erect cartons per order quantity size.
• Pack the product using proper dunnage and labels.
• Perform end of the day processing for shipping carries (USPS, international, etc.).
• Maintain pick/pack standards and company/department policies and SOPs.

L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey and California.

Job Summary

The eCommerce Associate is responsible for end-to-end order processing at eCommerce fulfillment system and getting orders out in a timely manner.

Supervision:

This position is frequently supervised by the Ecom Supervisor/Lead.

Physical Demands
