Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS seeks an eCommerce Associate to handle end-to-end order processing within the eCommerce fulfillment system and ensure orders ship promptly.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling, and routing orders, while maintaining SOPs and standards. The role reports to the E-Commerce Supervisor and requires a GED or high school diploma and 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One-year experience in the Order Processing or Packing Department.

Responsibilities

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Pick the product from packing stations to eCommerce stations.
• Assign the product to orders through eCommerce fulfillment system.
• Manage exceptions and report them promptly to lead.
• Print shipping and invoice labels.
• Erect cartons per order quantity size.
• Pack the product using proper dunnage and labels.
• Perform end of the day processing for shipping carries (USPS, international, etc.).
• Maintain pick/pack standards and company/department policies and SOPs.

L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey and California.

Rate of Pay is $13.00 plus Piece Rate Pay

Job Summary The eCommerce Associate is responsible for end-to-end order processing at eCommerce fulfillment system and getting orders out in a timely manner.

Supervision:

This position is frequently supervised by the E-Commerce Supervisor.

Physical Demands
