Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking an eCommerce Associate to handle end-to-end order processing within our fulfillment system. You will ensure timely dispatch of orders and maintain packing standards across multiple SKUs.

The role involves picking products, assigning items to orders, printing labels, packing with appropriate materials, and performing end-of-day shipping processing for various carriers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience in Order Processing or Packing.
• Familiarity with eCommerce fulfillment processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders end-to-end in the eCommerce fulfillment system.
• Pick products from packing stations to eCommerce stations.
• Assign products to orders and manage exceptions.
• Print shipping and invoice labels.
• Pack items with proper dunnage and labels.
• End-of-day processing for shipping carriers (USPS, international).

L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey and California.

Job Summary

The eCommerce Associate is responsible for end-to-end order processing at eCommerce fulfillment system and getting orders out in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Pick the product from packing stations to eCommerce stations
• Assign the product to orders through eCommerce fulfillment system
• Manage exceptions and report them promptly to lead
• Print shipping and invoice labels
• Erect cartons per order quantity size
• Pack the product using proper dunnage and labels
• Perform end of the day processing for shipping carries (USPS, international, etc.)
• Maintain pick/pack standards and company/department policies and SOPs

Supervision

This position is frequently supervised by the Ecom Supervisor/Lead.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• One-year experience in the Order Processing or Packing Department

Physical Demands

This position requires standing 60% of the day, light lifting (up to 25 pounds) for 20% of the day and stooping for 20% of the day.
