Job summary

LHH partners with a well-established organization to add an Ecommerce Analyst to their team. This role will support major online retail channels and play a key part in inventory planning, forecasting, promotional analysis, reporting, and digital product content management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Up to 5 years of experience in ecommerce, supply chain, data analytics, sales operations, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills required
• Advanced Excel and data management capabilities required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills a must

Responsibilities

• Analyze ecommerce sales, inventory, traffic, pricing and performance trends
• Support forecasting and replenishment planning to maintain healthy inventory levels
• Evaluate promotional performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports to identify risks and opportunities
• Assist with product launches, item setup and digital content management
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations and customer teams
