Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Up to 5 years in: E-commerce, consumer products, sales analytics, operations support, reporting and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce sales with reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Analyze inventory levels, product availability, sales performance, pricing, profitability, and traffic trends.
• Monitor inventory and assist replenishment planning.
• Track aging inventory and resolve catalog/listing issues.
• Analyze promotional performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Assist with demand forecasting and sales projections.
• Create trend and performance reports to identify opportunities and forecasting adjustments.
• Support customer issue resolution and platform-related alerts.
• Manage new product setup and maintain pricing, product specifications, and packaging information.
• Support digital content management across third-party platforms.
• Prepare reports covering shipments, sales performance, inventory, product history, budgeting, and planning data.
• Assist with special projects and provide backup support for key sales initiatives
