Ecommerce Accounts & Merchandising Manager

Location: Arlington, TX (On-site)

Reports to: President

Mozaic is a 14-year-old cut-and-sew manufacturing company focused on outdoor replacement cushions, pillows, and related textile products. We serve top eCommerce retailers including Wayfair, Home Depot, Target, and Walmart, with an agile manufacturing model and deep expertise in Sunbrella and performance fabrics. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team member to help us scale our digital sales and streamline product execution.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid role that combines ecommerce account management and digital merchandising operations. You will own day-to-day execution on customer portals (Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.), manage product listings, coordinate promotions, track performance, and support new product launches. This is a high-impact, detail-heavy role with direct influence over revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage retailer portals: Wayfair, Home Depot, Target, Walmart, and others
  • Maintain SKU catalogs, lead times, price lists, and discontinued/NRO flags
  • Coordinate promotional calendars and submit discounts/deals per channel
  • Liaise with customer teams (replenishment, merchandising, vendor support)
  • Monitor order flow and flag issues to internal stakeholders
  • Own and update product listings: titles, descriptions, attributes, swatches, variants
  • Ensure content is accurate, optimized, and consistent across all platforms
  • Execute pricing updates and ensure MAP compliance across all accounts
  • Track and report weekly SKU- and channel-level performance metrics
  • Coordinate new product launches with internal operations and finance teams
  • Support sales forecasting by analyzing historical trends and account-specific activity
  • Flag high/low performing SKUs by channel and recommend actions
  • Coordinate with Finance to validate margin impact of promos and pricing shifts

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in eCommerce account management, merchandising, or retail account management
  • Experience with major retailer portals (Wayfair, Home Depot, Target, etc.) highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with PIM systems a plus
  • Data Driven, Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage large SKU counts with accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with strong execution skills
  • Experience with large data sets a plus
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership
