Scheels in Meridian, ID seeks a warehouse/fulfillment teammate to collect, package, and ship orders, while learning brands and internal inventory systems. This role supports a fast-paced operation and contributes to a culture focused on ownership and a WOW customer experience.

As an employee-owner, you’ll join a team that values teamwork, adaptability, and accountability. HS diploma required; lifting and physical work are part of the job. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage for shipping.
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems.
• Execute project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicate with leadership and teammates to resolve questions or problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Effectively communicate with all associates.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists

• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Effectively communicate with all associates
• All other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED); one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of both.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
