Uponor Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Production Operator to safely operate the EcoFlex line and auxiliary equipment, perform required maintenance, and uphold quality standards. This role requires clear communication with teams, inventory coordination, and adherence to safety protocols.

You will schedule raw materials, document production data, and support continuous improvement initiatives while aligning daily activities with business strategy.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent, preferred manufacturing experience of 1-3 years.
• Fork truck certification.
• Right to Know Certificates, Licenses and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Operates the EcoFlex line and auxiliary equipment.
• Performs required maintenance including changeovers.
• Maintains accurate production paperwork.
• Maintains communication with Supervisor.
• Maintains quality standards.
• Performs all tasks in a safe manner.
• Changes belts, folders, corrugate blocks, materials and coils as required.
• Schedules RAW materials deliveries and maintains the inventory.
• Packages finished coils as required.
• Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas - 5s.
• Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.
