Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainability principles.
• Lead classroom routines promoting environmental responsibility and mindful material use.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor exploration; document concerns and report as needed.
• Engage families through conferences and events to strengthen involvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve classroom systems and sustainability initiatives.
• Coach and support Assistant Teachers in instructional practices and eco-friendly routines.
