SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Recycle Technician to handle recycling, reuse, and reclamation tasks in a team setting. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and accurate material sorting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with recycling experience; CPR/First Aid is a plus, and applicable certifications like forklift may be required. Shifts include early morning hours with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of recycling experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Hazardous Waste Handling Training per RCRA may be required.
• All safety and task training certifications completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential duties safely and satisfactorily.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Sort and salvage recyclable materials and waste.
• Inspect materials and maintain dock/collection areas.
• Maintain logs and schedules and work in a team.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, and customers.
