Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a delivery driver to act as the customer-facing liaison between our fulfillment centers and customers. You will ensure deliveries reach the correct address within the allocated window, maintain a safety-first mindset, and uphold a positive attitude toward customers and the service.

Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid Class C license and a clean driving record, you should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and operating the delivery van in all weather.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state drivers license for at least 2 years.
• Clean driving record with a Class C license.
• 2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to operate a delivery van in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Complies with DOT and Misfits Market safety standards.
• Verifies deliveries in routing app.
• Delivers orders to customer doorsteps with professionalism.
• Navigates varying weather conditions and hazards during shifts.
• Loads and unloads up to 150 boxes per shift, up to 50 lbs each.
• Supports packaging return program by collecting and documenting recycling.
• May assist other drivers or work overtime as-needed.
