Job summary

Verde Clean in Jackson, TN is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain floors across diverse spaces, ensuring safety and ongoing shine. You will perform cleaning, buffing, and minor restoration of different flooring types while following our eco-friendly protocols.

Shifts are Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with a pay rate of $20 per hour. Join a community-focused, growth-minded team that values safety, sustainability, and social impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in floor cleaning and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Knowledge of various flooring materials and cleaning requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Floor Cleaning & Maintenance: sweep, mop, buff and polish floors.
• Floor Equipment Operation: run and maintain buffers, scrubbers, polishers.
• Restoration & Repair: assist with spot cleaning and minor repairs.
• High-Quality Standards: ensure floors meet cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety standards and proper chemical handling.
