Job summary

Integration Health is seeking a full-time ECMO Specialist to join the team in Columbus, GA. The role requires on-site presence and close collaboration with ECLS physicians and staff. Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

The ECMO Specialist will monitor patients on ECMO therapy, manage circuit parameters, coordinate with the care team, and participate in ongoing training and education. Local driving distance to accounts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to work with hospital staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• Provide continuous monitoring of the ECLS patient and circuit.
• Adjust and optimize blood flow and sweep gas per orders.
• Document in patient charts per hospital guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous monitoring of the ECLS patient and circuit.
• Adjust ECLS blood flow as directed by orders.
• Collaborate with ECLS team to coordinate tests and evaluations.
• Document hours and expenses using UKG and Concur.
