Job summary

Dallas Center United Methodist is seeking an ECMO Specialist to participate in developing and implementing treatment plans for ECMO patients. You will collaborate with ECMO physicians and the health care team to interpret and adjust the care plan, ensuring high-quality patient care and education.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and ECMO training or related education, with a minimum of 2 years in critical care. The position operates 8a–5p, five days a week, at our Dallas campus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of critical care experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; ECMO training program or formal education in Extra Corporeal Circulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and contribute to the treatment plan for ECMO patients.
• Communicate with the ECMO physician and healthcare team to interpret and adjust the care plan.
• Implement and educate team members on ECMO management and patient education.
