Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) or Respiratory Therapy with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of critical care experience.
• BLS certification; RN license in Minnesota or Respiratory Therapist license with NBRC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Providing Mechanical Circulatory and Extracorporeal Life Support to patients of all ages.
• Assembling, monitoring, and assessing ECMO equipment and circuits.
• Collaborating with physicians and health care team to deliver patient care.
• Mentoring staff and participating in training of new ECMO Specialists and ECMO trained nurses.
• Evaluating new equipment and technology for ECMO programs.
