Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking an ECMO Specialist to join the team in Dallas, TX. The role involves developing and implementing ECMO treatment plans, coordinating with the ECMO physician and care team to tailor patient care plans, and educating staff and families.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, ECMO training, and at least two years of critical care experience with applicable Texas licenses (RN, RRT, or CCP) and BLS/ACLS certification.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ECMO training program or formal ECMO education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required.
• Licenses: RN in Texas, RRT, CCP or BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in development of the ECMO treatment plan through assessment, planning, implementation and education.
• Communicates with the ECMO physician and healthcare team to interpret, adjust and complete the ECMO patient care plan.
