Job summary

Accident Fund Insurance Company of America is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and support modern ECM solutions in an Agile/Scrum and DevOps environment. The focus is on Enterprise Content Management and workflow automation, integrating OnBase, Kofax, ImageRight with cloud platforms and enterprise apps using CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience working within an agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to learn and follow departmental procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develops, configures, and supports ECM platforms and content services including workflow automation.
• Participates in planning, design, development, testing, release, and support of ECM applications.
• Works with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and plan delivery.
• Follows DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
