Job summary

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking an ECM Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:15PM-1:45AM) with a $1.00 shift differential. The role requires the ability to train on 1st shift and involves reading blueprints, performing visual and dimensional checks, and operating CNC equipment.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods. Education: high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual and dimensional checks on materials.
• Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Sets up fixture or feeding device, starts machine, and feeds tool to workpiece or vice versa.
