Job summary

State of Tennessee seeks an Enterprise Application Consultant to lead FileNet/KnowledgeLake development for the TN F&A STS ECM environment. Focus areas include Java development, data migrations, and process automation across FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake.

Long-term contract with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, and leadership of ECM initiatives. The role requires deep FileNet/KnowledgeLake API knowledge, Cloud/On-Prem integration, and strong troubleshooting and mentoring

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing IBM FileNet and KnowledgeLake solutions.
• Experience developing Java interactions with FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake APIs.
• Experience with FileNet P8 Content Engine/Process Engine and API.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and clustered P8 environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java applications to interact with FileNet and KnowledgeLake in both cloud and on-prem environments.
• Oversee data migrations/ingestions into FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake.
• Deliver solutions by designing and building projects in FileNet and KnowledgeLake environments.
• Automate business processes by building document classes, workflow maps, queues, and subscriptions.
• Demonstrate FileNet/KnowledgeLake components as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting FileNet P8/KnowledgeLake issues that may arise.
• Mentor ECM staff as needed.
