Virtua Health in New Jersey seeks an experienced echocardiographer to perform high-quality ultrasound imaging of the heart, including 2D echo Doppler studies, stress echo, and transesophageal echocardiograms, under the Cardiology Department.

Under supervision of the Department Director and Medical Director, you will ensure adherence to AACV labs standards and Virtua Health policies, processing studies for interpretation by physicians, and contributing to patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of echocardiography experience.
• Knowledge of Stress Echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography procedures.
• Credentialing through ARDMS or CCI within one year of hire; BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Completes 2D echo Doppler studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes stress echo and dobutamine stress echo studies, edits in digital system, and processes for physician interpretation.
• Completes transesophageal echocardiograms with the cardiologist, edits and processes for physician interpretation.
