Temple Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Echocardiography Tech for the Non-Invasive Lab. This full-time role performs echocardiograms with 2-D, 3-D, doppler, and related techniques under supervision, gathers data, and reports findings to physicians.

Requires a cardiovascular program from ultrasound school; 1 year echocardiography experience preferred; Reg Cardiac Sonographer or Reg Diag Cardiac Sonographer licensure. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Trade School formal training from ultrasound school with cardiovascular program is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs echocardiography studies under the direction of a Cardiologist, Manager, Assistant Manager and/or Lead Technologist.
• Gathers and documents data and reports critical findings to physicians.
• Maintains certification/registration with approved credentialing agencies.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and enters patient data in computer systems.
