Fives DyAG Corp. in St. Johnsbury, VT is seeking an experienced Echocardiographer / Echo Technologist for a 13-week contract onsite.

The role involves performing transthoracic echocardiograms, limited studies, contrast studies, and producing diagnostic-quality images for cardiologists. Expect 32 hours guaranteed per week, four 8-hour day shifts, and weekly pay of $2,200. Travelers welcome; RDCS or RCS certification and BLS are required; no Vermont license needed for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited cardiac sonography program.

• Minimum 3 years echocardiography experience and travel willingness.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Immediate need for a talented Echocardiographer / Echo Technologist. This is a 13 WeeksContract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in St. Johnsbury, VT (Onsite).

Pay Range: Weekly Gross Pay: $2,200.00 (subject to completion of scheduled hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiograms, limited studies, contrast studies, and bubble studies according to departmental protocols
• Produce accurate cardiac measurements and diagnostic-quality images for interpretation by cardiologists
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process
• Utilize clinical judgment to evaluate patient history, optimize imaging, and recognize significant abnormalities
• Communicate urgent findings when appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and surgical settings
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days - Monday-Friday, four 8-hour day shifts per week

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography, Echocardiography, or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA)
• Minimum 3 years of echocardiography experience required
• Travel experience required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, pathology, Doppler principles, and echocardiographic imaging techniques
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships
• No Vermont state license required
• Holiday coverage not required
• Locals are accepted - no radius restriction
• Important Notes-
• Travelers will start on Wednesdays
• During orientation week, travelers on a 48-hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start
